Our selection of high quality Valco Melton pattern controllers provide precision control over glue dispersion on packaging, print finishing/converting and product assembly applications. Each controller provides different dispersion options over 2 to 16 channels, enabling applicator guns to easily handle even the most complex and non-standard adhesive patterns.
Valco Melton pattern controllers are adaptable to the needs of small scale production and customer requirements, right up to the largest print and production lines. Our pattern controllers are available as spare parts, and can also be retrofitted to older units to improve productivity and efficiency.
